What happens Next
Trackstar an Insurance Industry Q approved vehicle tracker but
only if it is fitted by a VSIB approved installer. There will be a form
which you will need to complete relating to the network subscriptions
and this will be sent to you, together with further details on the
system, an addressed envelope for the forms. We will send the unit
direct to you which will require a signature as proof of delivery. It
is vital that you complete and return the subscription form before the
system is fitted; as your Trackstar will not be able to fully commission
the unit without the information contained on it

Incar Warehouse we give you the option to use either a local VSIB
acreditated engineer of your choice or one of our own approved engineers, Please note;
To receive a certificate for an insurance company it must be fitted by
a VSIB enginner and all the subscriptions paid [see above]

Breakdown Call [when Smart Nav is fitted]
In the event of a breakdown, the driver should press the Breakdown Call
button to be connected to a National Response Centre operator, who will be
instantly aware of the exact location of the vehicle.
The built-in
microphone and speaker allow the driver to discuss the nature of the problem
with the operator, who will be able to advise on the exact arrival time of the
nearest breakdown providers' patrol vehicle.
The service is available to
all subscribers, irrespective of whether they have RAC breakdown membership
(though a charge will be made for recovery if the driver is not an RAC
member).
